Here is the house plan the Joel and I have picked out to build. We are excited and so are the kids.

Check it out and let us know what you think of it. We are going to cut some square feet from the main floor and we aren't going to put the covered deck all the way around just in the front. We are getting things done around the house to get in on the market soon.
