Well I have been waiting for a cool day to do some baking. So this morning I made Pumpkin Zucchini Bread.
Here is the recipe for the bread
3 eggs
2c Sugar
1can of canned pumpkin
1c butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3c flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts
Bake foe 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
This afternoon I am going to make chocolate zucchini cake. I know why zucchini well I have four big zucchini's given to me so have to fry or bake them. Good thing the kids like zucchini.

Cool picture! I like the eggs in the basket. You should frame it and put it in your kitchen!
Sorry to say that I didn't take the picture. It was the picture that was beside the pumpkin bread recipe on the taste of home web site.
