Cold and windy

Today we woke up to rain and wind. It has stopped raining but the wind is still blowing. Cold Cold out.

Joel is working today so it has just been the kids and me. We did go into town to get a pizza and to see Joel since he works late again tonight. It sure has been a long week with Joel working late every night. Last night he was doing some fill in call time. Only four hours but had two calls so was busy. The kids and I were in bed by 8:30. We were tired.

I was going to mow the lawn today. Our new mower came in yesterday. The lawn it very long but the weather has to get warmer and the wind has to stop to be able to go outside. Will have to wait maybe tomorrow afternoon or even Monday.

It will be nice to have Joel home tomorrow. We are branding caves with the Trowbridge family. I know on Mother's day but we have to brand when we have the family home and Joel has time. Uncle Russ hurt his back last spring and it is hard on him to push on the brander. So Joel does the branding. I really don't care that we are banding on Mother's day just to spend time with my husband and kids is all I want. I did get a Mother's Day present. Some croc flip flops. I really like them. Thought they would be nice to slip ont this summer.

Joel said yesterday that he really liked the name Reagan for a girl. He hasn't said anything about a boys name that he really likes yet. Hopefully in a couple of week we will find out what we are having and that will help deciding on a names. Which we have decided to keep a secret. The name and if it is a boy or girl. I know we are no fun.
