Code Blue

Well, it has been a pretty quit couple of days. Monday Karlee didn't have school so we just hung at home and did laundry. Last night Joel was working on his deer and then his pager went of for a code blue. Which is someone that is unresponsive and not breathing. So, we went because they always need extra help on those calls. That was at 7 or so and at 9:00 I called him to see if he was all right and he said that he was going back to the scene to get the car and then back to the hospital because our neighbor Andy was up there. He was shoeing in horse and that his horse kicked him and one of the nails went in to his hand. Joel helped clean and stitch him up. It was after 11 before he got him. What a night.

Today I watched five kids in the morning counting my own and then four this after noon. Sara my sister started a new job today at TLC (Torrington Learning Center). Only nine hours a week. So today I watched Evelyn and tomorrow afternoon I will be watching Adelle and Evelyn. Adelle had school today. Joel called a little bit ago and said that he has a meeting at work and will be home late. I hope he will have the time to get this deer all cut up before we leave for Saratoga on Sunday.

Kids are doing fine they are playing horse right now. They have been playing a lot on hide and go seek in the last couple of days. Trevor really doesn't count. He hides his face for about two seconds and then goes to find Karlee. Sometimes it makes Karlee mad because she doesn't have the time to hide. Oh well they sure have fun playing together.
