Maroon Bell

My Aunt Karen and cousin Sandra when hiking last week at Maroon Bell. I think it is around Denver but not sure. And they found this tree that had some carvings on it. Well the carvings said D+K '76. Come to find out that in August 21 1976 is when my mom and dad got married and their honeymoon was to Maroon Bell. David + Karla 1976. I asked dad about it today and he couldn't remember doing that but he said maybe they did. Aunt Karen took a picture and emailed it to me today. I tries to upload it so you could see it but it wouldn't. Bummer
Yeah I called my Uncle Roy how know a lot about computers and he changed the picture so it would go on it my blog. Yeah!!!





I have another picture to post though. This is a picture of my mom and dads first apartment. It is in Loveland Colorado. My Aunt Karen and I were driving about when I was down there in July and drove by it and Aunt Karen said that she it pretty sure that it is the one.
